8 oz Cream cheese 2 ts Sugar
1/2 lb Butter 1 Egg yolk

#3 Knead together and let stand overnight in refrigerator. Roll out thin on
flour and sugar. Cut into squares. Fill with walnuts, lekvar (prune), poppy
seed or apricot.
