1 pk YEAST 3 1/2 c BAKING MIX
3/4 c WARM WATER ( 110 DEG F. ) 2 tb SUGAR

DISSOLVE YEAST IN WARM WATER. LET STAND FOR 5 MINUTES. COMBINE BISCUIT MIX
AND SUGAR. GRADUALLY ADD TO YEAST MIXTURE, STIRRING WELL. TURN DOUGH OUT
ONTO FLOURED SURFACE AND KNEAD UNTIL SMOOTH, ABOUT 10 MINUTES. ROLL DOUGH
OUT TO A 12 INCH CIRCLE AND CUT IT INTO 12 WEDGES. ROLL UP EACH WEDGE
BEGINNING AT WIDE EDGE. PLACE ROLLS ON A GREASED BAKING SHEET, POINT SIDE
DOWN. COVER AND LET RISE FOR 1 HOUR. BAKE AT 350 DEG F. FOR 15 MINUTES OR
UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
