1 Pita bread* 1/2 c Orange juice;
1/2 c Smooth peanut butter;** 1/2 c Currants;***

* Whole wheat bread can be substituted ** Chunky peanut butter can be
substituted *** Rasins can be substituted Mix smooth peanut butter with cup
orange juice, and currants. Spread into halved pita breads and top with
sprouts. Makes 2 halved pitas.
