4 c Sliced peaches 2 tb Finely chopped
1/2 c Orange juice Candied ginger
3 tb Honey 1 ds Salt
Candied ginger adds delightful zingo. Serve plain or over vanilla ice
cream.
Combine all ingredients, mixing gently. Cover; chill thoroughly. Spoon into
chilled sherbet glasses. Makes 5 servings.
