Recipe: Calves Liver Stroganoff

Title: Calves Liver Stroganoff

Yield: 4 servings

2 tb Reduced calorie mayonnaise + 1 c Plain lowfat yogurt;
2 ts Reduced calorie mayonnaise 1/2 ts Salt;
1 1/4 lb Calves liver; thinly sliced 1/4 ts Pepper;
1/2 c Onions; chopped 1 ds Worcestershire sauce;
1 c Mushrooms; chopped 1 tb Imitation bacon bits;
1/2 c Dry white wine; 2 c Noodles; cooked

Brown liver in margarine. Remove from skillet, and keep warm on a platter
in the oven. Cook mushrooms and onions until tender, adding water if
necessary to prevent drying. Add wine, bring to a boil, reduce heat, add
remaining ingredients and cook, stirring, until heated through. To serve,
divide noodles evenly onto 4 serving plates. Divide liver and place over
noodles. Top with sauce.
