Recipe: Apple Meat Loaf
Title: Apple Meat Loaf

Yield: 6 sweet ones
2 1/2 lb Lean beef; ground 1 tb Prepared mustard;
1 1/2 c Prapared stuffing mix 1 lg Onion; minced
2 c Apples; finely chopped 3 tb Prepared horseradish;
3 Eggs; (or egg substitute) 1/4 c Catup;
2 ts Salt; (or to taste)
Combine all ingredients; mix throughtly. Pack into a greased 9 X 6 X 3"
loaf pan. Bake at 350F for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done. The
