Recipe: Crockpot Perfect Meatloaf
Title: Crockpot Perfect Meatloaf

Yield: 1 servings
1 1/2 lb Ground beef 3 tb Chopped bell pepper
1 Egg, beaten 3 tb Chopped celery
1/2 c Bread crumbs 2 ts Seasoned salt
1/2 c Tomato juice 1/4 ts Thyme
3 tb Chopped onion Catsup or chili sauce
Using a fork, mix all the ingredients, except the catsup and pepper rings.
Shape into a loaf and put into greased crockpot. Top with catsup and
pepper rings. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour, then on low 6 to 8 hours.
Quartered potatoes coated with butter may also be cooked with this recipe.
A dash of Paprika will give them a nice browned look. (Same cooking time)
