Recipe: Sweet and Sour Meat Loaf 1

Title: Sweet and Sour Meat Loaf (1)

Yield: 6 servings

1 cn (8 oz) tomato sauce 1 ea egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c brown sugar 1/4 c onion minced
1/4 c vinegar 1/4 c crushed crackers
1 ts mustard 1 ts salt
2 lb ground beef 1/4 ts pepper
1 c sliced mushrooms

Combine first 4 ingredients to make sauce. Combine remaining ingredients,
kneading together with hands. Add 1/2 tomato sauce mixture. Put in loaf
pan. Pour remaining sauce over loaf. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
Serves 6.
