1 3-4 lb pork loin Roast 1 ts Dill weed
1/4 ts Garlic powder Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 325. Place roast on rack in shallow baking dish. Combine
spices and rub over meat. Bake 30 minutes per pound or until meat
thermometer registers 185 degrees.
