Recipe: Veal Loaf
Title: Veal Loaf

Yield: 6 servings
3 lb Raw veal, chopped fine 2 tb Water
1 ts Salt 1 ts Pepper
2 tb Butter 2 Raw eggs
Mix with six tablespoons fine dried bread crumbs. Mold into loaf. Roll loaf
in two extra tablespoons of bread crumbs. Place in hot pan. Pour three
tablespoons melted butter over top and bake two hours in hot oven, basting
frequently. Let cool and slice.
