Recipe: Chili Chefs

Yield: 6 servings
1 1/2 lb ground beef or chicken 4 c cooked kidney beans
2 c water 1 ea onion, chopped
1 tb chili powder 1 ea bunch green onions, sliced
1 tb curry powder 1 1/2 c grated mild cheddar cheese
3 ea tomatoes, diced
In a frying pan, saute meat until lightly browned. Pour off
drippings. Add water, chili, and curry powder; simmer 5 minutes. Add
tomatoes and beans; heat through. Stir in onions. Ladle into serving
bowls and sprinkle on cheese. Serves 6
