Recipe: Enchilada Sauce a la Brenda

Title: Enchilada Sauce a la Brenda

Yield: 1 servings

2 tb Chili powder
1/2 c Flour
2 c Boullion
1/2 ts Oregano
1/4 ts Garlic powder
16 oz Can of tomato sauce

Mix the chili powder with just enough water to make a smooth paste.
Then mix in the remaining ingredients and simmer. Easy!

This recipie came from Brenda Frandsen's church cook book which she
compiled.
