Recipe: Mexican Salsa

Yield: 8 servings
8 oz Tomato sauce
2 tb Crushed red chili
1/2 ts Cumin powder
1/2 ts Oregano
1 ts Salt
2 Garlic cloves, minced
2 ts Vinegar
1/2 Lemon, juiced
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Let stand for 3 hours.
Excellent with tacos or as a dip for tortilla chips.
