Recipe: Sweet Sauteed Apples

Title: Sweet Sauteed Apples

Yield: 4 servings

4 Apples; cooking 1/2 ts Ground Cinnamon;
2 tb Unsalted Butter; 1/2 ts Ground Nutmeg;
2 tb Brown Sugar; firmly packed

Core apples and cut into about 8 wedges each; peel if desired. In a large
non-stick skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add apples and cook,
shaking pan gently every now and then, about 5 minutes. Turn the apple
wedges over, sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg and cook
another few minutes, shaking pan and spooning juices over apples as they
cook. Serve warm.
