1-1/2 cups whipped cream: Use 3/4 cup whipping (heavy) cre 2 tablespoons
granulated or powdered sugar.For 2-1/3 cups whipped cream Use 1 cup
whipping (heavy) cream and 3 tablespoons granulated or powd sugar.Flavored
Whipped Cream: Beat one of the following into 1 cup whipping cream and 2
tablespoons sugar.1 teaspoon grated lemon or orange peel1 teaspoon
vanilla1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/2 teaspoon ground ginger1/2 teaspoon
ground nutmeg1/2 teaspoon almond extract1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract1/4
teaspoon maple flavoring1/2 teaspoon rum flavoring
